Current Instruction Offerings

Child's Pose (Balasana)
Child's Pose relaxes the spine, neck and stretches the back muscles. In this position, the knees are supported and the forehead is placed lightly on the floor while the arms are relaxed at the sides.

Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
The cobra is a well-known yoga exercise for the back muscles. You lie on your stomach, support your hands at chest height and slowly straighten your upper body, with your face pointing slightly upwards.

Cat and Cow Pose (Marjaryasana / Bitilasana)
Cat and Cow Pose (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana) is a gentle spinal movement. It strengthens the core, stretches the back, neck, and shoulders, and helps release tension. Kneel and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Keep your hands shoulder-width apart and your knees directly below your hips. Curve your lower back and bring your head up, tilting your pelvis up like a "cow." Exhale deeply and bring your abdomen in, arching your spine and bringing your head and pelvis down like a "cat."

Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)
The tree is a classic yoga balance exercise that improves focus, stability, and strengthens legs, hips, and core while stretching the torso. One knee is bent with the foot resting on the inside of the thigh or calf, hands often in prayer at the heart-center or raised overhead like branches.
